Saturday Group Lessons for May
Saturdays 11AM - 12PM
Stretch/Isolation - Work those aching muscles with a low-impact class designed to isolate different body parts, increase flexibility, and break down movements commonly seen in ballroom dancing!
Saturdays 12PM - 1PM
Beginner/Intermediate SALSA! - Learn the basic patterns and some fun moves to help you heat up the dance floor! We'll focus on rhythm, turns, and that all-important hip action in this exciting Latin dance.
All group classes are only $5 per person and no partner is necessary. No need for an appointment, just drop on in!
