February Group Lessons
Saturdays 11AM - 12PM
Stretch/Isolation - Work those aching muscles with a low-impact class designed to isolate different body parts, increase flexibility, and break down movements commonly seen in ballroom dancing!
Saturdays 12PM - 1PM
Waltz - Learn the basic steps,technique and musicality for this beautiful smooth dance. We'll also focus on floorcraft, so we can weave effortlessly around our fellow dancers!
All group classes are only $5 per person and no partner is necessary. No need for an appointment, just drop on in!
